Requirements
- 4 years’ experience at a well recognised 5* star property, in a similar position.
- High standard of service excellence and a passion for the industry.
- Exceptional F&B knowledge and understanding of dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Knowledge of international trends in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English - additional language advantageous.
- Good financial acumen, administration abilities and computer literacy.
- Understanding housekeeping and maintenance procedures.
- Valid driving licence.
- Stable employment history and contactable references.
